Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your VALOR-22 account and what happens to your data.

- Open VALOR-22 and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm your email address.
- Type
DELETE MY ACCOUNTto confirm. - Wait through the 5-second cooldown, then tap Permanently Delete Account.
If you can no longer sign in, email support@valor-22.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
We verify identity through the email address on file. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
- •Profile, avatar, cover image, and bio
- •All posts, comments, polls, and uploaded media (photos, videos, audio)
- •Direct messages and conversation history
- •Connections, followers, follow requests
- •Saved resources, collections, bookmarks, and preferences
- •Order history, addresses, and vendor data (if applicable)
- •Achievements, badges, leaderboard rankings
- •Notifications, reactions, and engagement signals
A small set of records may be retained where required by law or to protect the safety of our community:
- •Financial / tax records for completed marketplace transactions — required by IRS and state law (typically 7 years)
- •Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to your account
- •Records of moderation actions tied to violation reports — retained for the integrity of the community for up to 12 months
Retained records are stored separately from your profile and cannot be used to reconstruct your account.
Immediately: Your account is deactivated, your profile is hidden, and you are signed out of every device.
Within 30 days: Personal data, posts, messages, and media are permanently purged from our production systems.
Within 90 days: Backups containing your data are rotated out and cannot be restored.
Once permanently deleted, your account cannot be recovered. To cancel deletion within the 30-day window, email support@valor-22.com.
