Last updated: October 19, 2026
VALOR-22 LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of its users. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
If you believe content on the Platform infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a takedown notice using the procedure below. We will remove or disable access to the reported content promptly upon receipt of a valid notice.

Submit a DMCA noticeTo be effective, your written notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a direct link to the post, comment, listing, or profile).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Knowingly submitting a materially false takedown notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the agent above. It must include:
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which VALOR-22 LLC may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the removed material.
VALOR-22 LLC maintains a repeat-infringer policy. We record each valid takedown notice against an account. An account that is the subject of three (3) valid notices — or a single instance of egregious or willful infringement — will be terminated, and any associated vendor storefront removed.
Terminated accounts may appeal through the in-app appeals flow or by emailing the agent above. Accounts terminated for repeat infringement are not eligible to re-register.
Trademark complaints (including misuse of the VALOR-22 name or logo, or another party's marks in a listing or profile) should also be sent to support@valor-22.com with the subject line Trademark Complaint, including your mark, registration details if any, and the location of the content at issue.
